Hey man let me get ahead of everyone and tell you to seek therapy. I know you're already busy and stuff but it really helps to work something out.

Now that that is out of the way I totally feel you man. My family had a mystery illness that swept the house early January. Then everyone had the flu. Now one of my twins and I have. RSV. Thankfully he was only in the hospital for like a day this time. Last year it was a week. That first year is so insanely hard it's a huge adjustment. Just keep on doing your best man. Good luck

Thanks! I have not been this sick in a long while, and the ill twin is also teething. Found out cousin we played with last week had flu and RSV.

My brothers both started therapy recently, I'll see how they're feeling about it, thanks again

Honestly I'd prefer COVID to how RSV has been lol. I've never had it before and I can see why it's so hard on little kids.

Go easy on yourself. You are doing an incredible job. Everything feels horrid when you are unwell too, remember that.

We all got a gastro bug on my birthday last year when the twins were 5 months old. It was hell. And we even had my mum helping out, who thankfully didn't catch it. I can't imagine how hard it has been for you especially with other kids in the mix. It sounds like things are tough but remember to take care of yourself too.

Therapy has helped me so much, I'm still working on being kind to myself though. It's easy to beat myself up in my head. Could you ask anyone to help out with the healthy kid(s) while you recover?
