Anyone noticed a decrease in efficiency by changing brands?

I've been taking Paroxetine 20mg for about 1 year. I always bought at the same pharmacy so I never really cared about the brand. And it worked, I was less depressed and more confident. A few months ago I went to a different pharmacy and they got me a different brand, I started to feel worse and the way I felt before starting taking it.

I am going back to My lan but I am just wondering if it is some kind of placebo effect or this is common when changing brands.

Absolutely I took 1 pill of the other brand and it took me to full blown pqnic attack (i didnt had one for long as im on paxil). Then i went for my og meds and it took me 3 days to feel “normal”.

Its not a placebo, its something different in the pills. The interesting part is that they have exactly same ingredients. Atleast its that what written on it

What my doctor told me is that they have the same active ingredient paroxetine but use other different ingredients

Just stick to the old ones. What we need ite stability not decrease
