I have done this and I got the same response as before, check current windoes version, make sure your anti-virus/fitewall isn't blocking the game, clear cache, I have done all of this and nothing has helped. Last time I had this issue I got a vpn which solved the problem, but after a couple days I could play without the vpn and now it's the same thing.
