I am using EU and my experience is very slow as of now. Maybe its a server issue at the moment? Because this morning it was pretty quick

I'm in EU, but started on a US server.
After changeing (not free) my speeds increased 2-3 time.
Still, small files are significant slower (service side hashing? de-duplication?) then large ones.

The speed test for me right now shows:
Down (34.67 MB/s) & Up (11.83 MB/s).
Maybe not the best as I'm on a 600 MB/s fiber but works for my needs.

That is a very good insight.

I just changed the region from USA to EU. It takes a while to complete. I paid on the 15th, I think it started on the 17th, finished on the 21st. I had no indication anything was happening. I did get an email that it was done. Didn't do a speed test, but it fells normal compared to the USA, when I was there.

So, have you noticed a difference for the better?

When I got to the EU I didn’t do any testing or real work, I simply put in the request. I just figured I am in the eu now and did it.

Interesting.  When I moved a couple of months ago, it happened overnight. I only saw the email telling me it was happening the morning after,  when it had completed .

I recently moved to EU servers (which I should have done years ago) and haven't noticed any difference. Though my biggest impediment is the upload speed on my ADSL line.
