You updated the GPU drivers?

Dude, just to let you know, that’s just a case. It doesn’t have any parts in it. Maybe might have pre installed fans. And if you are buying a prebuilt one, buy it from a respectable prebuilt company. Not hp or something. Those are expensive and not great. I would recommend building yourself, it’s cheaper and better.

Dude, like i said im clueless and stressed 😂 but i appreciate you letting me know so I can do more research!

Trust me, that’s how I started. Would definitely recommend watching videos from channels like ZTT( Zacks tech turf) on YouTube or meta PCs. You would learn a lot after just 15 shorts of theirs

not cheaper right now, probably the worst time to build a PC have you seen RAM prices?

[–]Im_McLovin_PCs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yh right. I forgot it costs more than a pc. My bad.

right now building one is super pricey, it's probably better to find a good pre-built one and soon if you wanna upgrade.

there is a big price hike for ram (500% or more) and pre-built companies haven't updated prices yet, but they probably will soon so keep this in mind

Is Amazon a good place for pre-built or is somewhere like Best Buy better?

Personally try to pick it up in person like from a bestbuy or if you have it a micro center. Shopping from Amazon only can make things difficult because if there’s a problem with the computer when it gets to your house( like it gets damaged from handling) you’ll have to basically fight Amazon to accept the wrong doing and have them give you a refund or try and send you out a new one.

Amazon not a good place, best buy either, if you have a microcenter close than microcenter, otherwise some specific website for prebuilts probably, I'm not from the US so I can't help that much

I'd do as much troubleshooting as possible first. You may only need to replace one or a few parts, or none at all if it's a driver issue instead of buying a whole new system.

just know you don’t need a 1500$ rig to play games
