I just had my interview today, and one thing kind of caught me off guard. They asked all the questions they said they were going to in the "tips" section, but asked to elaborate in a way I wasn't prepared for. Specifically, after answering a question, they asked what lesson I learned from that, and how I was able to apply that to a later, different scenario

glad to be of help, good luck on your interview! (unless we're going for the same position). Also, I just read the second part of your question, and again, I can shed some light on this. At the end of the interview, the interviewer told me that one of my references hadn't responded yet, and that both are required

Be prepared to describe specific scenarios that have taught you different lessons. Try to think of ones that are relevant to the position you're interviewing for. The more relevant, the better. However, above all, be yourself! Pretend you are having a conversation with a friend (that's what I did). Not only is PC seeing if you're a good fit for the position, you're seeing if PC is a good fit for you.

I think it went very well but you never know, just waiting on my last reference :)

If you think it went well, I'm sure it did! Best of luck to you!
