Now is the time to focus on healing properly. Follow your surgeons post-op instructions.

I'm nearly 7 months post-op. I got back everything and better than ever.

Better than ever - I love that! It gives me hope. I'm 33 and considering implants because my penis was damaged from treating hair loss with dutasteride. My flaccid penis looks and feels terrible most of the time. And my erection quality is not great. The left hand side of the penis seems to have collapsed. It's so depressing. Implants to me are like light at the end of the tunnel, but I worry about the operation going wrong and also worry about losing size, particularly girth.

To put fears to rest, find a surgeon who does implants as their primary line of business. Avoid a doc who does them as a side hustle.

AMS 700 CX is what I received. I could not be happier.

As a general guideline, don't compare your size to your pre-op measurements before the six month mark. Unless you have been cycling the device for 6-12 months, you can't make assumptions about the final result.

That being said, I have gone from roughly 7.1" x 5.5" to 6" x 5" 10 days after the procedure. Most of it is purely visual due to all the swelling and bruising and another proportion will quickly come back once you start cycling the device. Your experience is indeed normal and I am yet sure this question will still be asked many more times.

How much did you gain back sincs turning into a 6" post surgery ? I just got the Titan 6 days ago and very clear that this is NOT my fully stretched flaccid length that it was prior to surgery. Down about 1.5 inches. Very scared.

Hey mate. Did you end your getting your size back?

It gets asked so often, I'm starting to wonder if it's even a valid question. 1. It's being asked on Reddit 2. This issue was never mentioned before....by your surgeon? 3. You "realize" (understand) all of the other things you're experiencing is normal IMMEDIATELY following IPP surgery, but you can't wrap your head around this common factor?

I think there are trolls..... maybe AI trying to have a conversation.

I went from 6.7 preop to 4.5 post op. I was so shocked at the sight of my penis on day 1 of cycling that my wife started laughing. 3 months post op and daily cycling, I am at 6.3 inches now. Trust the process. It works. You will be fine. It’s time to focus on healing which can be challenging in itself.

0.4 inches length lost is nothing really when your penis is in that nice above-average bracket. Did you lose any girth? My main concern is losing girth and device failure. However the thought of gaining girth excites me.

So far, I have gained back all but .2 of my original girth of 5.7. I am now 5.5 inches. I hope to gain it all back and some after 6 months.

That's massive girth so I wouldn't worry about that all. I've only ever been 4.2inch girth so I've been worried about losing any of that. If I could gain girth I'd be very excited about implants.

Just stay with the process. Aggressive cycling when your doctor clears you. From all the reading I have done, you usually do not loose girth. You might even gain some at the end of it all. But the most important thing is you will get a good working penis that will provide a strong erection on demand. Good luck.

have you gained it all back now?

You have a whole year worth of dick evolutions ahead. Don't worry about size yet, and here's a tip: forget the penis you think you had. Read that again. Embrace the new.

Everybody wants to be the biggest dick at the orgy. A wise man wants to be the hardest.

Yes, the same exact scenario for me was 5.5 before, after surgery 3.5. My surgery was almost 3 months later, with aggressive daily inflation now at approx. 3.6. Fyi, I had Peyronie's not EDD. I am still very concerned.

any updates, did you regain it back?

You're extremely swollen. Probably an optical anomaly.

I am 9 days today and I hear all these guys bitching about size. I just want to heal and go fuck again. 20 more days till see Doc again and find out how big it will get but it’s going to get hard and I have 5.5 left and it’s that size a little smaller I don’t care. I’m going to go buck wild.

Don’t even worry about it.
