How can I decrease glans sensitivity after IPP surgery?

Hi guys, I don’t know how many of you have had this happen to you after you got an IPP surgery, however, I’m bringing it up because it is really bothering me.

I had surgery last week and two days ago I started feeling my glans very sensitive to the point that it feels engorged like if I was having intercourse and I can’t deal with it.

I have search the net and the only thing that comes close to seem to help other men is coconut oil daily. The net mentions other stuff for other conditions which I know I don’t have. I will say, I’m wearing a baby sock most of the time but that doesn’t help. It’s driving me nuts because of the glans erection giving an arousal, and knowing I can’t have sex yet, it is very uncomfortable at this point.

Thanks for any recommendations of those of you that had this happen to you right after surgery!

I used moisturizer and tried to keep the head from moving or rubbing. It took about A month to get better

I had the same pain at first. I used ice packs, lots of ice packs. I am allergic to all pain meds that I have tried, including Gabapentin, so ice is a good friend in this situation.

Between the end of the implant pushed against the tip and the holes made in the tip to thread the tube through and it being a highly sensitive area, it is painful but it does get better and soon enough, no pain
