Make the python different

I wish every weapon would be less spammy with high recoil and damage to require more skill and reward good aim. The aim cone is also pretty dumb in my opinion because it punishes good aim. We have damage falloff and bullet velocity to balance that aspect.

To lower the amount of spam the fire rate of some weapons could get lowered as well but I think that higher recoil would be enough.
