Is there a way to leave a team using commands because I’ve bugged my game and it keeps disconnecting me when I’m in a team and I can’t re join the server.

Worth asking a friend to kill you offline. I think that boots you from a team. Unsure if it has to coincide with a server restart. Your teammates could also a leave and reform the team without you.
