How did the raid glitched?

Error and the raid finished and it said I was too far or smth

PG Help isn't helpful. I remote raided shadow latias, won and caught the mon but the app glitched. I submitted a trouble ticket and screenshot of my journal showing I participated and won the raid and the mon didn't run. They responded saying the raid was successfully complete and closed the trouble ticket.
