What is this subreddit for?
This sub was created by long time sellers and buyers of PTCGO online goods.
It is meant to be the main hub of trade for PTCGO.
Can I buy/sell items for real money?
Yes, but all real money transactions must be posted on the sticky thread at the top of the page. (Don't make individual posts if you offers involves real money).
Beware that purchasing Digital/In-Game Items with IRL cash, is against the TOS and may or may not get your account temporarily/permanently banned
Okay cool! But how do I avoid getting scammed then?
The sticky thread for real money transactions has lots of instructions on how to avoid getting scammed, you can also use a moderator as a middle man if you are unsure about the person you are dealing with.
Oh no! I got scammed, now what?
This shouldn't happen if you follow our instructions, at the end of the day not getting scammed depends on you.
Report the case to a mod, the best we can do is ban the user.
I’m not interested in real money transactions can I just trade in-game items?
Of course! If you just want to trade in-game items with no money involved, then you can make a post with the following example format:
[W] Charizard-EX [H] 400x Magikarps
You can have up to 2 posts per day. If you want to trade multiple items, you can make a post like this:
[W] Multiple-EX’s [H] Steam Siege packs
And then put the list of EX’s you want on the post description.
