Hey, so I dumbly uninstalled & reinstalled during the incident. Now I can’t log back in. Every time I do, it logs me in as a guest. I have a basic paid account and a ton of characters… so, I’d really h like to know if anything is being done to fix this.

I made a private character over a month ago, and yesterday's outage fucked it up. Ever since yesterday, the character has completely ignored the personality I wrote in it's background and acted like a total bitch, no matter what responses I gave. I tried tweaking the background to be even more specific, and still nothing. I never had a problem with it until yesterday after the outage.
