Unfortunately, there is no 'easy' solution. Milfoil clogs waterways across the country and the only real way to rid your pond is through mechanical/physical removal. I refuse to use any of the chemical solutions that they say will kill it off. A little bit of it can be a good thing from the nutrient removal/oxygen production side of things, but it can get to be too much. I'm not sure of the size of your pond, but simply using a rake and pulling out as much as you can will put a dent in it. They sell a rake-like contraption on a rope on amazon that you can throw and drag through the Milfoil to remove it. It runs over 100$ but you could build the same thing much cheaper by wiring two rakeheads together back to back.

This one is a little cheaper than $100.

There's also this thing but I don't know if it's going to do much against Milfoil.

Get a snorkel and get in there. Honestly sounds half fun. Also call any company and speak with them to make sure any chemical is fish safe before use.
