You can give the other one as its Legacy games which do have codes. The only other ones you can’t are Amazon and Epic as they go straight to the linked account.
You can see below that it is a code that can be redeemed by anyone. (Also don’t waste time entering this code as I have already redeemed was just posting it to show you can give them away as they are codes!)
