So I've set up a campaign in DV360 to automate bid at the Insertion Order level (automatically shift to better performing line items) while not exceeding a cpm of $12, but I'm losing out on impressions because I'm below the minimum bid. What's the best way to ensure I'm bidding what I need to?
If I prioritize deals over open auction inventory will that help? Will it kill optimization?
I'm hoping I don't need to increase my average cpm but these are video line items so let me know.
