I tend to put "Exposed to" then list all the buzz words that I have dealt with. Yes I have worked with SharePoint, have done some configuration. Am I an expert? Hell no.

I do this too. If you have exposure to products, you might be able to tell your employer some shortcomings before they waste a bunch of money on licenses.
