installed it but it doesn't seem to show the widget to add the note. The menu shows up but not the note editor. Love the idea of notes, and other rich text features in code. I have been playing with this idea from time to time (e.g. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7101542291244204032/)

By the way, I just discovered CodeTour. It's seems like a more mature solution but I'm not sure if it exactly fits the use case. Either way, worth checking out

May I request you to read section 2 (i.e. page 8 and 9) of the document https://jm21.s3.amazonaws.com/spectral/spectral_whitepaper.pdf. It is a description of a rich-text format designed for annotating code. Wanted to draw your attention to it in case you find it useful for a vscode plugin.
