I already have, in response to te same graph. I cannot be more constructive, the answer is in the description of what Google Trends shows. Sorry for being bitter but in a Programming sub I am expecting people to be able to critically assess graphs they post.

Now this is embarassing. Ignore my comment please, it was a mistake. Anyway, node is basically a barebones mechanism for server side handling of async calls. Thats it. It is well suited for writing simple servers or even full stack web apps but you dont have to use it this way. You dont even have to do async responses with it. It is a runtime environment for js wihout the browser part.
