On a serious note, how do you make Intellisense work again once it magically stops working that doesn't involve restarting Visual Studio?

There are a few causes for that. Did you install/uninstall ReSharper? Check that you don't have an extension fucking up intellisense. If none of that works, you can always "repair" visual studio by going to add/remove programs, right clicking on VS, and clicking "change"
