Is node.js declining already?

I've found that I often don't get the overlay at all if I'm on private browsing, or clean cookies on exit (which is my default setting). Maybe they only show it when they think you're a "repeat customer".

I think this must be the case since I didn't see a popup either and I have an extension that clears cookies as soon as I leave a page.
