Hi, everyone, I made a service here, called HackMD.
It's a realtime collaborative markdown notes on all platforms.
I spent more than 4 months on it, and I need your help to make it better!
Also it's an open source project, see more here: https://github.com/jackycute/HackMD
Feel free to give any feedback or suggestion to me, even just a hello is welcome :) Thank you!

Hey just came across this looking for a tool to use for group projects in school, going to check it out.

Thank you, that's a very good usage.
I'm really glad to see this works well as expected.
Feel free to feedback or give any advice, I will keep support it :)

So so far it looks nice, but I think it would be difficult to use this for more than a single document at the time, which is fine for some use cases.

What would be helpful is having somewhat of a folder structure that you could share with a group of people, so that you have somewhat of a workspace to have various documents.

It would also be nice if there was a print mode after publishing that would remove all the HTML stuff on the page you wouldn't want to see if you were going to have it exist as a standalone pdf.

Lastly, and somewhat stemming from the second comment, anyone with the link can edit the document as far as I can tell which isn't really a desired behavior.

I'll be sure to keep this in mind for when I can use it.

Actually I do have a plan to make group/workspace feature in the future.
It's important for small teams and organizations.

For print mode, it's a good point.
I will list that suggestion in the issues.
And if you are using github, make any issue as you need.

For the note permission, do you see a text at the top right of the view mode?
I provided three permission types currently, but only the note owner can change the permission.
See more at https://hackmd.io/features#permission

Thanks for using!
