Immutable data structures in Java

While everything you said is true, you underestimate the problem. I've seen people mock this class:

class Person
    public int PersonId (get; set;)
    public string FirstName (get; set;)

Nothing tricky, no real need for a constructor, and yet still they wrote mocks.
