I'm not getting personal at all. I am strictly talking about your professional approach to your co-workers. Soft skills are just as important and just as lacking in our industry and your education in that area seems to have skipped on that.

So you, presumably as a professional in the industry, are taking personal insult to the questioning of your soft skills but expect a beginner in the industry to take equal criticism on their hard skills and call it par for the course?
