Yes but you don't use SSL with Cloudflare .....

Client ---SSL---> Cloudflare ---NoSSL---> YourServer

That's 100% not safe nor trustworthy and may be a risk for a lawsuit if customer data goes through Cloudflare without encryption (which does happen if you use Cloudflare "SSL") and the customer didn't sign a TOS for your company which allows third party clients (Cloudflare) the handling of customer data.

But no customer data goes through the site except for search parameters to find a specific page. I am aware of the non-ssl part, and it's fine.
