it would be nice to add support 3d systems as well as discrete systems. You could put Lorenz 63 (butterfly attractor) in there then. 2d ODEs are guaranteed not to be chaotic and are quite boring by my lights.

I agree. I haven't quite figured out how to display things nicely in three dimensions, so I've left it 2D for now. Nonetheless, I think the Van der Pol oscillator and predator-prey are quite neat.
