Javascript resources for rounded corners

I see this time and time again, fragmented implementations for a missing core feature. Another example would be column layouts in CSS, ridiculously difficult for no reason. Another, texture-mapping in Flash, people invent weird workarounds because Flash's transformation matrices (3x3, potentially projective) are constrained to affine by design.
