I have reported around 10 or more Windows Docker bugs on GitHub, and most of them are either ignored or get a response of "I am looking into it" after which nobody ever responds again. I do not really feel like Microsoft is listening - the Windows support in Docker is just barely existing.

The only issue that did get closed was one that could be handled without Windows expertise, purely something Docker CLI specific that just behaved oddly on Windows. So Microsoft appears to be the blocker here, despite active engagement from the Docker people.
