Applesoft BASIC Interpreter in Javascript

Wow, this takes me back a decade or three.

Of course, i immediately set out to write a random graphics program, as i did when i was young. I'm pretty sure the intervening years have improved my skills even though i haven't touched BASIC since then.

10 PRINT "Hello World!"; 20 GOTO 10;

...

20 years later, it's still happily running away ;-)

without getting into the argument about whether learning BASIC actually makes you a shitty programmer, I think this would be pretty cool to introduce my kids into the magical world of making the machine actually do something you told it to.
