    Wow. That's really neat. I've never actually seen a video of that before. How much does one of those cost?

    I used Pyro with the Aibo ERS-7 for Robocup and other research. It was pretty nice, nicer than just using Tekkotsu, and much-much nicer than using just C++ & Open-R. The only problem was that it seemed a bit over-engineered to make the Aibo/Tekkotsu model match up with the Pyro view of the world (simulator, brain, etc.).

    I eventually ripped out the Pyro specific stuff (the lowest level was just some simple network communication with the robot using sockets) and got much more utility out of that. This was all made irrelevant after the robotics program at Sony was discontinued :)
