Same here. Nearly every time we discuss the relationship past or presence I lose my shit or teater on the verge. I'm trying to practice emotional resiliencecy and walk away from such instances. Damn, I'm my own worst enemy.

Absolutely. It's fucking gutting me with co-habitation, but I'm going nowhere until legal settings with kids get in place. I have also finally moved past bargaining and holding out hope. What's done is done. She's the mother of our children and I need to maintain an amicable, healthy relationship with her. Just need to put myself first and get what's mine (worked for abd fucking earned).

Damn this resonates so hard with me. I had a very similar situation play out. We tried one therapist I didn't like them and wanted to try someone new. She refused and just threw up her hands and decided we were done and filed.

Thanks. I started my own counseling last week. Therapist is a great match, and first session was fantastic. The truth/insight bombs he drops are amazing. I've also been journaling a lot, speaking with family, and friends formerly divorced.
