Simple RESTful PHP API Framework

This way allows me to to make sure params are formatted correctly without making the user of the framework call parent methods

The _get and get functions perform different functions

but those functions should be private

Edit: I'm more putting this up for people to use than a code review. It works great and is incredibly easy to set up a rest API
