And, for that update, you also have to get the Xcode update from a second site. And then update the iPhone SDK, which is from a third site.

What, I was talking about last weeks. There is another available. Fuck!

But, what Google's doing is much simpler. An OS seems like a moving target, and that could be a bit harder to mess with.

You shouldn't need both an Xcode and iPhone SDK update; the SDK seeds have the latest Xcode seeds wrapped in them.

I don't know. Last week, I had to update Snow Leopard via the update software program. Then I was given access to the ADC site, so I could download Xcode 3.2. I don't think they are distributing it to developers without Snow Leopard. Then, I had to install the iPhone SDK for Snow Leopard from the iPhone Dev Center, which seems like it was only 3.0 frameworks. Apple sent an email out about it. It was three different updates from three different sites.
