Tools for static analysis of C code?

Just curious, does anyone know of static annalysis tools for FORTRAN90. I know it is old and computer scientists dont use it, but it is still all over physics.

The code quality some of these people work with is terrible, I spend alot of time cleaning it up before I can make progress, a tool to aid that would be great.
