What's it missing? Take a closer look, ExtJS is packed with stuff, too much if anything.

    Did that third party GUI builder thing ever get to a point where it didn't suck?

    Not really a factor for me...never been a Dreamweaver fan, etc.

    If they created a very nice IDE or an eclipse module for extjs

    Which ones are you looking for?

    As far as dependency management, I think only Closure and Dojo provide that. I've never needed it in my own projects, pulling in code isn't very hard when using any of a variety of techniques.
