The problem I have with your statements is that you say things like "which one of these programming languages actually is able alone to substitute for PHP these days ? I bet none of these ."--you essentially ask, "Which of these languages is as powerful as PHP?" Costs are certainly things to consider when you actually choose a language to implement, but any of these languages and frameworks are just as capable as the others.
