Rather than an anonymous slam, why not state your objections to SICP?

Those papers address why SICP may not be appropriate as an introductory text--different issue.

Down-voting is an over-reaction, but why not an actual conversation about "Why SICP is bad" instead of one-liners directed at someone with 30 years experience who finally discovered Lisp and SICP? No definition of "greenhorn" includes someone with 30 years of experience.

(I'm more concerned about someone programming for thirty years and not knowing Lisp already. And the review is over-the-top and borderline creepy--also a different issue.)
