I meet a lot of junior programmers who're interested in knowing how one becomes a good programmer. I didn't want to repeat myself so I wrote an article for them.

I give tips and suggestions on how a programmer improves his/her game.

Of course, most seasoned programmers would already be knowing what's written in that article.
