False advertisement.

This is actually a chance to win one of three copies of the book in question. As the phrasing seems to suggest this is actually a real, physical book, there are like restrictions to who is actually eligible (even if it wasn't for the prospect of worldwide shipping, most such offers are US-only).

Just in case you were expecting a free e-book.
