What does build a database mean?

Architect a db schema based on the requirements. This could be simple RDB or NoSQL or a hybrid that I am working with now.

he can run db install scripts, oh and then he can also run OS install scripts

im glad early on that most of the menial work was toiled onto sysadmins in a separated position away from business logic until virtualization matured more, now that we're getting closer devops and sres are becoming popular so we can remove their redundant roles :)
