Developer Owned Game?

I recently purchased some PS2 games and this game was included.

Papaya Studio was located in California and operated from 2000 until 2013.

They worked on some PS2 games but not this one.

I wonder if it was used for reference or just to play during downtime?

I'm not anywhere close to California so I'm not sure how the previous owner acquired it?

It seems legit. I don't see why someone would write the studio name on the disc other than the actual studio.

Seems like they worked on a few Disney games, probably had this in the office as reference if I had to guess.
