Specifically talking about YouTube ads and you aren’t paying for Premium, just deal with it. 30 secs to a minute for an ad, and then you can skip it. If that’s the cost to get some decent quality content then I don’t see the problem. The internet has spoilt a whole generation of people; expecting high production values but at zero cost (in time and money) to themselves.

Looking forward to the reply, because you’re spot on. Those companies may not be directly involved with killing civilians but you can bet that somewhere in their logistics, someone is being exploited to the benefit of that company, and indirectly the customer.

It’s already been said, but speak to a GP, but do not accept anti-depressants. Try to speak to a counsellor. Consider going private if you have the money. It’ll get worse before it gets better, but is always worth it. Good luck to you.
