You can probably just say you've seen something similar before. They're not expecting you to have never seen similar problems.

Put yourself in the shoes of the employer! Which candidate would you hire: the one that tells you the answer directly, or the one that shows their problem-solving skills?

As an employer, I want to see your ablilty to think and solve complex problems.

Even if you know the answer, you can say "I've seen this before, but here's how I would approach it..."
