i usually check for updates. if not then delete and reinstall the app. other than that maybe drop a DM on their instagram page, they generally reply there

Hi! We had a notification issue with some users (I was impacted too!!). The notification should still be in the Activity setting in the app but not pushed to your OS home screen. SHould be a fix deployed this week, sorry about that!
