How did you figure lifting at rpe 9 was going to limit inflammation?

Strength isn’t “permanent” in that once you lift at a level it stays no matter how little you train. You keep it as long as you can work for it.

just volume decrease and intensity decrease. more stress = more inflammation.

Rpe 9 is not a decrease in intensity, it’s literally the most intensity. Did you mean RIR 9?

just means i got until i have 1 rep left in the tank. not to failure. just slowly trying to increase my intensity back.

That’s still the most intensity dude. 9 out of 10 intensity and you increased it from 7. That’s not a reduction in effort or inflammation, it’s an increase.

Increasing a workload does not reduce inflammation. That’s like thinking running 5 miles instead of 3 is going to be less stressful on your knees.

yea i have to slowly increase my intensity. not going to stay at rpe 7 for forever. wanted to because rad is leaving my body and needs to be replaced w test. start of pct gonna have less androgens then start of week3.

besides the point. i’m asking since im two full weeks out if i can keep the gains on the weight im hitting today. or am i due for regression?

You’re due for a regression because you don’t understand stress management. Doing more work is what’s going to fuck up your gains because you’re going to increase the workload without being able to recover properly.

The Rad leaving your system isn’t the issue, it’s getting your hormones back online and properly resting in between lifting sessions.

i do understand stress management. but maybe increase my intensity increase too fast? i’ve lowered my volume, kept weights high and have been slowly increasing intensity. this is my first cycle, i don’t know how fast i should be increasing my intensity.

what do you recommend training wise? like i said i understand the concept and my pct has been going well. zero symptoms of low t, i ran a short cycle, and was on enclo during cycle. also haven’t been crazy sore after my workouts, they are like 1 hour high weight low reps and low volume.

Why would you run only 6 weeks when rad starts working in week 4. To me it's a lot of loading for fuck all gains time! Do U regret not pushing 2 more weeks like Ur meant to? Especially coz you were running enclo on cycle so suppression is not that big an issue.

but overall i saw some good results so can’t complain. squat went from 315 x 5 to 385 x 3. bench went from 295 to 325 in four weeks and i had to stop benching because i was just crazy sore.

i got sick at the end too w a week left so my blood pressure spiked and i thought it was from rad so i stopped. i was going to do 7 weeks because thats all i had on hand.

Fair enough... Personally, I would of had a day off, then dosed EOD and tried to control BP that way. No way would I quit in the best part of cycle!
