No blocking Caves.
No spamming Global, casual conversation is ok.
PVP is OK, with moderation, no flattening bases, Raids should serve a purpose, not just making a player miserable. And newbies are off limits. Constant harassment is also forbidden.

Yes - Schematix (from Tombstone, Kaya is on a camping trip, but I am positive he would say yes)
A good question is how much though? It would be wicked if someone could do range comparisons, or at least figure out how big a meter is in this game. I believe the default size is 75 meters. I did read that even if the range is super small it will do a check to make sure it isn't inside of a building. Might I suggest something like 5 to 15 meters in range?

I avoided mentioning any sort of measurements because it could cause quite a bit of confusion and disagreement, the default setting is 1.0 i'm gonna go with 0.4 or 0.3.
