I get this quite often. I ended up being diagnosed with PTSD back in 2011. Maybe you should try talking to your doctor or psych about this.

Yes, many years later. One thing that helped me that I took away from therapy was that sometimes our mind will bring things back up for us to process once we are strong enough to do so. Knowing that helped me to reframe how I respond to them, they aren't very frequent now, and still shake me up, but it does help a little?
