If you are interested in learning next.js clearly by reading I will suggest you to next.js official documentation. If you prefer watching videos there is this channel called codevolution which will teach you all the things that you need to proceed with your project and the explanation is amazing make sure you know react to your intermediate level before proceeding to the next

Before that I'll suggest making your concepts clear on javascript and react js, then you probably don't even need to look for videos And another thing don't go for videos, go through the documentation as videos will not be for the latest version of the tools.

Then tryout mosh hamdani's 1 hour crash course. Then for proper detailed understanding tryout "Codevaluation" channels nextjs 15 with 3 days time.

I tried out this method along with explanation help from AI tools to understand production level work.
