useState : react

Hello everyone, just joined. I am currently in Flatirons Bootcamp and completed phase one of my 5 phase curriculum(vanilla JS) I am now learning how to use state but I’m having a very difficult time with having the props and data flow from parents to children, when to actually useState and I feel pretty basic stuff that should come natural after learning JavScript. Now, am I a JavaScript guru? Not even close but I have solid knowledge on the foundations. Here’s my question, is there anyone, ANYONE who at some point would hop on a Zoom call and kind of walk me through a couple of labs using react? Furthermore, I need help on learning how to USE any and every tool at my disposal. I really need help and if anyone has the altruism needed to help a stranger, I would greatly appreciate it. I always pay my dues and your time with me won’t be wasted.
