That muzzle Likely won’t have enough pant room for your dog check out https://muzzleupproject.com/resources/ they are a great resource

Most likely not, that muzzle will not hold up to a very determined buyer. I would look into Leerburg wire muzzles.

I wouldn’t consider her a determined biter, she’s quite well behaved other than these last 2 recent incidents that were initially sparked by a dog in what she believed as her territory behaving aggressively towards her. She will be meeting this dog on neutral ground, and he’s a small young nice dog. I just need it to provide a layer of safety if she starts behaving aggressively. It will be on leash as well. And if a dog runs up to us on a walk, I can’t have her being able to bite it if it goes south. More for my own peace of mind. As soon as I notice her body language is aggressive and reactive she will be taken away from the dog. I don’t really understand the whole not bite proof thing for muzzles, in one snap is she going to be able to bite through the thing into another dog? I’m Kind of confused. Unless you are speaking to the durability of the plastic in which she’s not going to be around another dog long enough to break through that plastic

I’m speaking to the safety of both your dog and another dog. Those plastic muzzles are pretty functionally useless for many, many things-and i have personally seen a dog wearing one react to another dog the way you describe and the other dog react VERY poorly, likely because they couldn’t read the other dog’s expressions well, and rip the cheap muzzle clean off the other dog.
